These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the P2W Ladder mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), operated by TechAmigos OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("TechAmigos," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
P2W Ladder is an entertainment app that lets you create a public profile, purchase virtual "points" through in-app purchases, and see your ranking against other users on global, continental, and country leaderboards. The App is a novelty/social ranking product — it does not offer any product, service, or financial return outside of the App itself.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account and use the App. If you are between the applicable minimum age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App and to make any in-app purchases. Use of the App is also subject to the age and account requirements of the Apple App Store.
You sign in to the App using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Authentication and account storage are provided through our backend platform, Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple ID or Google Account you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your P2W Ladder account.
You agree to provide accurate profile information (such as your display name and country) and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or remove accounts that provide false, misleading, or impersonating information.
Display names must be between 2 and 30 characters and may not contain emoji.
You may optionally connect a Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, and/or LinkedIn account to display the corresponding handle on your profile. Each connection is made through that platform's own official sign-in flow; we only request read-only access to your public profile information for display purposes. We do not receive your password for any of these platforms, and we do not receive or request the ability to post, message, or otherwise act on your behalf.
Note on Facebook and LinkedIn: unlike X, YouTube, and TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn do not provide a separate pseudonymous handle through their sign-in APIs. Connecting either account will display the name your Facebook or LinkedIn profile is registered under (typically your real name) instead of a separate username. Consider this before linking either account.
If you enable notifications, the App may send you push notifications about leaderboard activity — for example, when another user overtakes you, or when a new #1 is crowned globally, in your continent, or in your country. Notifications are delivered through Apple's Push Notification service and require your permission via the system permission prompt. You can disable them at any time in your device's Settings app, or from the notifications option in your in-app profile.
The App offers "points" for purchase in fixed bundles (e.g. 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, or 10,000 points) via Apple's in-app purchase system. By purchasing points, you acknowledge and agree that:

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content, resetting point balances obtained through prohibited means, and suspending or terminating accounts that violate this section.
If you encounter a display name or profile that violates this section, use the Report User option available on that user's profile, or email us at info@p2wladder.com. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending the reported account.
The App relies on third-party services to operate, including:

Your use of these third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
The App, including its design, graphics, logos, and underlying code, is owned by TechAmigos OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time directly in the App via Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your profile, points, rank, linked social handles, and push notification token are erased right away and cannot be recovered. If you'd rather not do this in the App, you can instead email info@p2wladder.com and we will delete your account on your behalf. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if we discontinue the Service. Purchased points have no cash value and are not refunded upon account deletion or termination, except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that leaderboard rankings, point balances, or realtime data will always be accurate or available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechAmigos OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty euros (€50). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechAmigos OÜ, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and TechAmigos OÜ only, not with Apple Inc., and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as they relate to your license to use the App, and will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence within the European Union. Any dispute arising from these Terms that is not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
